What time can I check-in?
Check-in time is 3 o'clock in the afternoon. However, if rooms are available, we may be able to check you in earlier than the regular check-in time. Please ask the Front Office Staff upon arrival. If rooms are not available, our bell staff will be pleased to store your luggage.

What time is check-out?
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Can I store my luggage?
If you arrive early and rooms are not available, or if you need to store your luggage after check-out, our bell staff will be happy to store your luggage free of charge

Is there parking facility in the hotel?
We have two levels of inside parking in the hotel. Overnight parking fee is $23 for hotel guests. For meeting attendees, parking fee starts at $__ for up to __ hours, a maximum of $___ for 12 hours.

How about transportation to the hotel?
If taking public transportation, check signs for pick-up area for shuttle and taxi. Travel times and costs are approximate. Rush hour traffic may add to the time and cost. Taking the Super Shuttle may take longer since they drop off guests in various hotels. The most number of stops will be 3 locations. The Metro is our local Washington DC and suburban train system. The Mark Train is a Maryland regional train system.
From the Ronald Reagan National Airport:
The city is 4 miles away from the airport. Taxi to the hotel will take approximately 15 minutes and about $12-$15. The Super Shuttle may take 30 minutes. Cost is $10. The Metro (blue line) has a station right at the airport. Take the metro to McPherson Square station. The cost is about $1.50. See directions from Metro station to hotel below.
From Dulles International Airport:
The city is 25 miles away from the airport. Taxi to the hotel will take approximately 40 minutes and about $55-$60. The Super Shuttle may take one hour. Cost is $22. The nearest Metro station is West Falls Church (orange line). You need to take a Washington Flier bus to the station for $8. Take the metro to McPherson Square station. From BWI Airport:
The city is 35 miles away from the airport. Taxi to the hotel will take approximately one hour and about $60-$65. The Super Shuttle may take one hour to 1½ hours. Cost is $30. You may also take an airport bus to the Marc Train Station. Then take the Mark Penn line to Union Station for $5. Take a taxi to the hotel for 10 minutes and about $7. From the Union Train Station
The Union Station is 1 ½ miles from the hotel. Taxi to the hotel will take approximately 5-10 minutes and about $6.50 - $8. You also take the Red Line Metro from Union Station to the Farragut North Metro Station. See directions from Metro station to hotel below.
From the McPherson Metro Station (Orange & Blue Lines)
Take the 14th Street exit (14th & I Streets). Continue North on 14th Street 3 blocks to Thomas Circle. The Washington Plaza is the large, white, crescent-shaped building. Entrance is on Vermont Avenue.
From the Farragut North Metro Station (Red Line)
Take the L Street exit (L Street & Connecticut Avenue). Continue East on L Street to 14th Street. Turn left on 14th Street to Thomas Circle one block up. The Washington Plaza is the large, white, crescent-shaped building. Entrance is on Vermont Avenue.

Do you have high-speed internet available?
Wireless high-speed internet access is available in all guestrooms and all public areas including the lobby, restaurant and bar. There is a charge of $9.95 per day. We also have a business center that guests can use on the lower level. A credit card is required for the use of the facility.

Can I bring my pet?
We allow small cats or dogs up to ___ lbs. Guests will have to advise the hotel prior to arrival. A $50 refundable deposit is needed upon check-in.
