Washington Plaza Hotel’s Meeting Package includes a choice of meal options, one meeting room, and up to three complimentary parking passes. Your meeting room will be assigned based on your set-up specification and availability. The hotel will provide pads, pens, ice water, and mint candies.

The Meeting Package includes:

• Meal options are included in each of our meeting Packages such as Breakfast, Refreshment Breaks and Lunch. Upgrading of menu, Dinner and Reception options are available from our banquet menus.

• High-Speed Internet (wired and wireless) is available in each of the meeting rooms upon request. It is necessary for the user to have computer equipment with an installed. Ethernet NIC (Network Interface Card). The unit(s) should be configured for DHCP. Conference Service Support Staff is available to assist you with any special needs in planning your meetings and during your meetings.
• Business Center is located in the lower level. It is equipped with two stand-alone computers with high-speed wireless Internet. Printer, fax and ATM machines are available.
