Your staff was without a doubt the best I have encountered in all of my years of travel. From the time the
bellhop so politely helped me with my bags, showed me how to fix the shades & greeted me every time he
encountered me to the patient young woman at the desk who answered my many questions, to the helpful young
man at the desk who gave me subway directions & a map & the many doormen, valets, restaurant mgr &
waiter who were so attentive, kind, & helpful, I can't say enough about them. They truly made me feel at
home.
Many, many thanks to them all!
My family and I had a very nice stay at the Washington Plaza. I was impressed by how clean the rooms were and
how nicely housekeeping took care of us. We appreciated the bottled water every day. The beds and pillows were
great. The staff at the door were very helpful and always looking out for us. It is oftentimes a worry booking
a hotel for a full week and not really knowing how well it will turn out. I will recommend the Washington Plaza
to friends. Thank you!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel to others. The toiletries were a pleasure
and the brunch in the hotel restaurant was absolutely scrumptious; the best omelets I'd had in a long time, and
the choice of fresh fruits and pastries was beyond our expectations! Thanks to all your staff!
Our stay could not have been more enjoyable. The front desk staff and bellman was very friendly and helpful. Upon
reaching our room, we couldn't have been any happier. The room was delightful, very clean, nicely decorated, and
the separate room with sinks in addition to the bathroom and shower area was a bonus. The bathroom was by far the
cleanest bathroom in a hotel I have ever seen; the floor and bathtub were absolutely shining. The next time we are
in D.C. we will be staying at the Washington Plaza Hotel. Thanks for actually being what you say you are! Not to
mention the very reasonable price. Thanks again!
It was definitely a pleasure to stay at The Washington Plaza Hotel. As this has not been our first visit to Washington,
DC it has definitely been one of the most enjoyable weekend getaway visits. I was certainly pleased and delighted to
have Nigel and Monique assist w/ check-in and all other questions about the immediate vicinity regarding ethnic
restaurants and attractions. Each question was answered w/ a smile and confidence. The request was made to place
myself and my best friend close to each other so the children were able to play, mingle and just have a wonderful
time, which was accommodated with no problems. LOVED the set up!!! We had such a blessed and wonderful time.
Without a doubt if we were to come back to Washington, DC...this would be certainly a top choice hotel to stay
at.
Again, thanks so very much for an awesome stay at The Washington Plaza Hotel. Please keep up the good work and this
will be a recommendation to others on where to stay in Washington, DC.
I DID very much enjoy my stay. I found all staff particularly friendly and helpful, exceptionally so. I only waited a
few moments while the front desk staff straightened out a problem with issuing the key card, but I was given a room
upgrade for my patience.... a nice gesture, although not necessary. I do plan to stay again on a future visit to DC.
